鼓击春雷，直破烟波远远回。龙舟竞渡，通过真实的情境传承中华文化。在教练的细致指导下，同学们认真学习了龙舟活动的安全事项和划桨技巧，并通过多次模拟练习，逐渐掌握了划桨的正确姿势和节奏。

一切准备就绪，随着裁判的一声令下，期待已久的划龙舟比赛正式开始。打鼓的队员用鼓声引领着节奏，鼓声震天，催人奋进。龙舟中的其他队员则卖力地挥舞着桨板，全身心地投入到比赛中。大家配合默契，动作协调，展现出了团结一致、力争第一的奋斗精神。

The dragon boat racing is a way to pass on Chinese culture through real situations. Under the careful guidance of the coach, the students carefully studied the safety matters and paddling skills of the dragon boat activities, and gradually mastered the correct posture and rhythm of paddling through simulation exercises.

With the referee's order, the dragon boat racing started. The drummers led the rhythm with their drums, which were loud and inspiring. Other players in the dragon boat waved their paddle boards vigorously and devoted themselves to the race. Everyone cooperated well, showing the spirit of unity and striving.

一支穿云箭，千军万马来相见。在冷兵器时代，弓箭是勇敢者的图腾。攻防箭，作为一种新兴的竞技活动，结合了射箭的精准与策略的灵动。它不仅考验参与者的身体素质，更是对智慧和团队合作能力的全面检验。

同学们头戴专业的面罩，手持弓箭和充气的盾牌，在瞬息万变的战场上迅速作出判断，仿佛真正的战士般机智果敢。在攻防转换之间，我们不仅锻炼了身体，更提升了团队的凝聚力，收获了珍贵的友谊。

In the era of cold weapons, archery is the totem of the brave and courage. Archery tag, as an emerging competitive activity, integrates the elements of archery and strategy. It not only can test our physical fitness, but also challenge intelligence and teamwork ability.

Wearing professional masks, holding the bows and arrows and shields, students made quick judgments in the fast-changing battlefield, as if they were real warriors with wit and courage. In the transition between offense and defense, we not only exercised our bodies, but also gained precious friendship.

丛林穿越，走的是路，穿的是林，成就的是自己！同学们在专业教练的引导下，身穿着安全绳索装备，信心满满地踏上了探险之旅。

丛林间的树木郁郁葱葱，阳光透过树叶洒在地面上，形成了斑驳的光影。面对一连串高空障碍，没有人选择退缩。他们紧握着绳索，小心翼翼地移动着脚步。虽然过程中充满了困难和挑战，但大家们互相鼓励、互动支持，最终一起成功穿越丛林。

Guided by the professional coaches and wearing safety rope equipment, our students embarked on the adventure with confidence. The sunlight sprinkled on the ground through the leaves, forming mottled light and shadow. 

Facing a series of high-altitude obstacles, no one chose to retreat. They held the rope tightly and moved their feet carefully. Although the process was full of difficulties, they have shared mutual encouragement, and finally successfully crossed the jungle together.
